Baguio City, Philippines - The hailed "Pambansang Kamaoo/National Fist" Manny "Pacman" Pacquaio begins his high altitude training in Baguio City, Philippines in the preparation for his upcoming match against Sugar Shane Mosley. A high altitude training or an altitude camp is a type of endurance training for athletes where they train from high grounds (about 2,500 meters or 8,000 feet above sea level). Manny Pacquiao started his first training with eagerness and great self discipline in the mountains of Baguio City, PH. He started his morning with 5 rounds of jugging in the famous Baguio's Burnham Park, these was shortly followed by Biometric Exercises to improve his speed and strength and hundreds of Abdominal Crunches to strengthen and improve his resistance from punches.

After the exercises, Pacman began his so called ring training with his coach Freddie Roach and demonstrated his remarkable fast punches. Coach Freddie Roach said that within Manny's first week of High Altitude Training, he will be targeting Manny's resistance and condition along with the Conditioning and Stamina Coach, Alex Ariza. They said that they will start with light training and adjust it to more advanced and hard training as the match date comes near.

The fight against Shane Mosley isn't something to be competent about, and just like Manny Pacquaio said "we need to focus on the training because this enemy of ours is also good and fast"
